Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Nursing Assistant in our Cardiac PCU/CCU. This is a Part-Time Nights opportunity working 24 hours per week, with shifts of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and is located at the Baptist Downtown (Jacksonville, FL).
The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:
Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining a safe environment for patients
Collecting lab specimens
Intake and output monitoring
Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Nursing Assistant Experience:
None
Education:
HSD/GED required
Current enrollment in Nursing School
Licenses and Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
