We are looking to add an Office Specialist II at Baptist Primary Care Dunn Avenue, located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

As the Office Specialist II, you will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. You will handle patient registration, posting charges and payments, and telephone protocols. It is vital that this candidate is adept with multi-tasking and being people-oriented, as they could make or break the patient's experience. • Check in and check out

• Scanning documents

• Posting charges and payments

• Telephone protocols

• Assisting patients as needed

Experience Requirements:

• One-Two Years Front Desk Experience Preferred

• Experience Working in a Medical Office Preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required
