Office Specialist, Primary Care, Baptist Bartram Park

Baptist Health is looking to add an Office Specialist at Baptist Primary Care, located at Baptist Bartram Park on Old Saint Augustine Road in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

As the Office Specialist, you will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. You will handle posting charges and payments and telephone protocols. It is vital that this candidate people-oriented and is adept with multi-tasking. This is a position for a focused, task-oriented and self motivated individual who thrives in a busy atmosphere. Our ideal candidate is an energetic team player who excels in a professional setting.

Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:

• Patient registration

• Check in and check out

• Scanning documents

• Assisting patients as needed

Experience Requirements:

• One-Two Years Front Desk Experience Preferred

• Experience Working in a Medical Office Preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
