Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to add a Pediatric Physical Therapist to our Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a part-time opportunity working a Day shift schedule at our Drew Bradbury Center clinic located Downtown. This position is expected to work a minimum of 24 hours per week with no weekend shift commitments.
We are looking to add an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to our Outpatient Rehab Team. The ideal candidate for this position will have Outpatient Hospital Pediatric experience.
Pediatric Physical Therapist, Wolfson's Children Hospital, Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to pediatric patients.
Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability.
Oversee support staff.
Participate in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities.
Maintain schedule within budget operations.
Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
Experience Requirements:
Pediatric outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
Orthopedics
Experience in Neuro
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
