Registered Nurse, Infusion Therapy, Baptist MD Anderson - South Campus

Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Infusion Therapy team at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center at our Baptist South location in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time Days position Monday-Friday from 8-5.

As an Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization; supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services.
• Include patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care.
• Educate of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care.
• Serve as patient advocate and responsible for assisting the Interventional Radiologists.
• Provide optimum care utilizing the nursing process

Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse Experience:

• IV Team Experience
• Oncology Infusion Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Associates of Science in Nursing Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Required
