Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Workers Compensation Analyst, Employee Health, Baptist Jacksonville Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for providing clinical support, case coordination, and oversight of primary workers’ compensation (WC) claims and ADA accommodation requests. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Employee Health team, supporting accurate clinical documentation, case triage, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Experience Required:
Over 5+ Years of Case Management Experience
Over 5+ Years of Clinical Experience
Over 5+ Years of Managing ADA Accommodations
Licenses and Certifications:
Certified Case Manager, CM (from ABOHN)
Certified Occupational Health Nurse, Specialist, COHN-S (from ABOHN)
