Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Reimbursement Manager to join our Team at Baptist Southbank Plaza

As a Reimbursement Manager, you would be responsible for:

  • Working under the supervision of the Director of Reimbursement.
  • Assisting in supervising, coaching and developing staff.
  • Manages the preparation of the Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports and coordinates the audit of cost report data.
  • Prepares and submits all appropriate reimbursement rate filings and appeals for Medicare, Medicaid and CHAMPUS.
  • Supports financial statement preparation and the budget process.
  • Will supervise others in the department relative to daily project tasks.
