Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma,
• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, hospital registration, scheduling, insurance verification, call center, financial services, administrative support, or another patient-facing service environment strongly preferred.

This role serves as the entry point into the Patient Access career path for candidates who bring relevant experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, scheduling, registration, call center or administrative support. This role supports timely and accurate patient registration, scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, and point-of-service collection activities in a fast-paced hospital environment. This includes both straightforward and complex scenarios. The Representative II is expected to quickly develop proficiency in front-end revenue cycle workflows while delivering a professional, compassionate, and service-oriented first impression for patients and families.
