Job Summary
Baptist Health is seeking to add a Security Support Specialist to join the Protective Services Department.
Shift Details: Part-Time, Weekends, 6:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Baptist Beaches
As a Security Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Providing logistical and technical support to the Safety & Security department by running the visitor management systems
- Assisting Security Officers with investigations by reviewing of video surveillance systems and access control logs
- Assisting with access controls systems
- Creating badges for the system
- Conducting fire extinguisher inspections
- Data entry for parking violations
- Supporting the Safety & Security department as directed by the Executive Director of Safety & Security

Education Required
High School Diploma/GED
Education Preferred
Associate's Degree
Experience
- Less than 1 year Security Officer Experience
- Health Care Experience Preferred
License and Certification
- International Assn for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) Safety Certification Preferred
