We are seeking an experienced Sr. Security Application AnalystWorkday UKG Pro WFM with deep experience designing and governing security for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and workforce management (WFM) platforms, including and. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in role‑based access control, business process security, segregation of duties, and secure integrations, with a consistent focus on SOX compliance, audit readiness, and data privacy. This role requires a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional who partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Audit to provide risk‑based guidance and when designing, implementing, and optimizing security frameworks. Success is demonstrated through strong security governance, sound judgment, continuous improvement, and a commitment to protecting enterprise systems that support Baptist Health’s mission.

Epic Radiant Application Analyst you will be responsible for:

• This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing security for internal IS applications (i.e. Workday, UKG, etc).
• This role ensures secure access, compliance, and data integrity by managing security configurations, authentication policies, and regulatory adherence including SOX and data privacy standards.
• Analyst provides guidance on risk mitigation, leads governance processes, and enforces security best practices during implementations, integrations, and post go-live operations.
