Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor to join the Surgical Services Main OR Team at Baptist Downtown. This is a Full-time Days position.
As a Sterile Processing Supervisor, your responsibilities and qualifications will include:
- Supervising and participating in the decontamination, inspection, cleaning and assembling and packaging of surgical linens, surgical instrumentation, medical/surgical supplies material and equipment
- Having knowledge of all types of sterilization processes
- Making work assignments for staff
Experience Requirements:
- Over 5 years of Experience in Central Processing Experience Preferred
- 1-3 years of Leadership Experience Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - HSPA Preferred
