Job Summary
Wolfson Children's Hospital is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Lead to our Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at our Wolfson's Outpatient Clinic working Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotation.
We are looking to hire an experienced Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Lead our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in medically fragile feeding.
Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Lead, Pediatric Outpatient Rehab, Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary discipline-specific resource for recommending and facilitating the provision of effective clinical care practices throughout the outpatient Wolfson Rehabilitation departments.
- Part time provision of direct outpatient care is required.
- The development of evidenced-based clinical standards of practice.
- Continuous quality improvement and staff competency requirements for clinical practice in the outpatient clinics.
- Provides support to all the outpatient Wolfson therapists and our clinical practices system wide.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Master of Science Or Master of Arts Required
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required from the American Heart Association Required
