Baptist HealthPlace at Seven Pines: a new destination for comprehensive care in the neighborhood

Baptist Primary Care, Baptist Heart Specialists, Baptist Orthopedics, Baptist Rehabilitation, Baptist Wellness Center and drop-in lab services in one convenient location.

Jacksonville, FL.

Residents of Seven Pines now have access to comprehensive health services close to home with the opening of a new Baptist Health campus that combines neighborhood convenience with the expertise and resources of Northeast Florida’s largest and most preferred health system. Baptist HealthPlace at Seven Pines, which opens today, offers preventive health care and specialty services to manage ongoing medical conditions in a single centralized hub within this rapidly growing master-planned community.

Baptist HealthPlace at Seven Pines is located on Stillwood Pines Boulevard near Butler Boulevard and I-295, just east of St. Johns Town Center, in southeast Jacksonville. Situated between Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center South and Baptist Medical Center Beaches, and down the road from Baptist & Wolfson Town Center Emergency Room, the new campus is well-positioned to meet the community’s outpatient health care needs, serving as a central resource for preventative and specialty care.

The location provides convenient access to primary care, cardiology, orthopedics, rehabilitative and lab services. It also features a wellness center where people can come for classes, health screenings and customized health plans -- all designed to promote healthy living.

“Baptist Health Place at Seven Pines represents the health system’s commitment to supporting the long-term health and well-being of the 1.25 million people living within 30 minutes of the new campus,” said Eric Fletcher, MBA, FACHE, executive vice president and chief strategy officer at Baptist Health. “This area is projected to see a 10% population increase by 2030, making local access to coordinated, convenient health care more important than ever.”

Today marks the completion of the first phase of Baptist Health’s construction project at Seven Pines. The campus will also feature a second medical office building, with the site being designed with the flexibility to expand and evolve alongside the community’s changing health care needs.

“By embedding preventive health services directly into neighborhoods, we are making wellness part of everyday life and creating regular opportunities to identify health concerns early,” said Matthew A. Zuino, MSIS, FACHE, president and CEO of Baptist Health. “We want to advance community health by shifting the focus from treating illnesses to preventing them in the first place.”
