Kristen Hope Brown joined Baptist Health in 2025 as a Spiritual Support Services Coordinator with a focus on team member/staff support. Prior to her job with Baptist Health, Hope was a chaplain resident with Baptist Health South Florida in Boca Raton, FL under a director who had many years of experience with hospice and palliative care. Hope served as a chaplain resident with Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami (a Level 1 Trauma Hospital and teaching hospital) which is said to be one of the largest hospitals by number of beds according to Becker's Hospital Review.

Hope earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Georgia College & State University. She earned a Master of Theological Studies with Asbury Seminary in Wilmore, KY. She is commissioned with the Anglican Province of America (APA) as a deaconess.

Hope is originally from the middle Georgia area. In her downtime, she enjoys exercise, being in nature and spending time with her mother.
