The Baptist Health Accounts Payable Department has implemented a solution to pay our vendors electronically through Paymode. This solution is designed to streamline the vendor set-up process, streamline payment disbursements, enhance efficiency, and bolster security for fraud risk mitigation.

How Does it Work?
- New vendors will receive a vendor add form to complete and send to the Accounts Payable Department.
- Once the vendor add form has been completed, the vendor should expect to receive a secure enrollment link from Paymode to the Baptist Health vendor enrollment site, where they will be able to register.
- Once registration is completed by the vendor and verification of the entered registration is completed by the Paymode team, vendors will be ready to receive payments.
