About Me
I have lives in Jacksonville since 2004. I love being by the water as I enjoy outdoor water activities such as fishing, scalloping, kayaking, hanging out at the beach and even going on a boat. During the winter, we love to go up north or out west to go snowboarding.
I chose this field because I firmly believe that mental health is just as vital as physical health. Every individual has a unique story, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, judgment-free space where my patients feel truly heard. My goal is to help patients deeply understand their mental health, empower them in their healing journey and work actively to reduce the stigma surrounding psychiatric care.
