She earned her degree from Jacksonville University and specializes in supporting patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders and life transitions. Her warm, judgment-free approach helps patients feel heard, understood and supported throughout their care.

I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our puppies, who keep life fun and always bring a little extra joy to our home. In my free time, I love anything involving the water, whether it’s relaxing by the water or enjoying time outdoors. I also value unwinding, spending time with friends and making the most of life’s simple moments.
My philosophy of care is centered on listening, understanding and meeting each patient where they are. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected and comfortable when discussing their mental health. I enjoy building genuine relationships with my patients and working together to create individualized treatment plans that support their goals and help them feel their best.
