Berry Ivey, PharmD, MHA

Berry Ivey, PharmD, MHA, is the Assistant Administrator of Operations at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. In this role, he partners with clinical and operational leaders to support exceptional care delivery, enhance team engagement, and advance safe, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the hospital. Berry provides operational leadership across multiple service lines and has led initiatives focused on improving workflows, strengthening collaboration, and enhancing the overall patient and team experience.

Berry brings more than 13 years of progressive health care leadership experience spanning hospital pharmacy and health care operations. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Pharmacy at Baptist Medical Center Nassau, where he led pharmacy operations, implemented process improvements, and supported clinical excellence across the organization. He is recognized for his commitment to operational stewardship, regulatory readiness, team development, and collaborative leadership.

Berry earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia and his Master of Health Administration degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
