Amanda Emery Stevens Biography and Information
Amanda Emery Stevens, MHA, is vice president of operations for Baptist Medical Center South. Emery Stevens has more than 25 years of progressive health care experience spanning operations, business development, physician recruitment, information technology, service line leadership, marketing and biotechnology. She has been a strategic leader at Baptist Health since 2008.
Emery Stevens served as marketing and business development director for the Southern Heart Group, helping lead the 2012 affiliation and launch of Baptist Heart Specialists. She then served as systemwide manager of business development from 2013 to 2016, followed by director of business development and physician recruitment from 2016 to 2019. Prior to her current role at Baptist South, Emery Stevens served as executive director of business development and physician recruitment for the Baptist Health system.
Emery Stevens holds a Bachelor of Science in biological and biomedical sciences from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University.
