Working for Baptist Health allows me to combine my background in teaching and public health with an organization that values interdisciplinary collaboration, cultural competence and innovation in health promotion. I am proud to be part of a team that prioritizes equity, compassion and the long-term health and wellness of every individual we serve.

About Me

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy working with my hands and bringing creative ideas to life. Whether it’s experimenting with new food recipes, pouring custom handcrafted candles and wax melts or diving into a DIY project, I find joy and peace in the creative process. These hands-on projects allow me to express myself artistically and serve as a form of self-care and mindfulness. I love the experience of trying something new in the kitchen or crafting space. It keeps me curious, grounded and inspired.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. Whether we’re enjoying a night out at the movies, a couple rounds of bowling or lively game nights at home, these moments help us stay connected and create lasting memories. I also love supporting my kids’ love for music. Attending their piano and violin recitals brings a sense of pride and joy, while family karaoke nights are filled with music, laughter and a bit of playful competition. These experiences strengthen our bond and make every moment together truly special, reminding me why it’s so important to help others live happy, balanced lives.
