About Me

I have enjoyed living in the Jacksonville Beaches area since moving from Bozeman, Montana, in 2005. My family and I share a love of the outdoors and spend our free time at the beach, exploring local trails and boating on the Intracoastal Waterway. I have been a certified Pilates instructor since 2003 and enjoy teaching classes in the community where I live and work.

My philosophy of care is centered on meeting people where they are and helping them build realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term health. I believe lasting change happens through small, consistent steps in movement, nutrition, stress management and mindset. My goal is to empower individuals with practical tools and encouragement so they can feel stronger, healthier and more confident in their daily lives.

I am passionate about making a positive impact in the community and have maintained a lifelong commitment to service through nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving health and well-being. I value prevention-focused initiatives and the opportunity to help individuals build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness, improve access to care and enhance quality of life.
