About Me

As a Navy veteran, wife, mother and health educator, I have developed a deep appreciation for the resilience it takes to protect and maintain good health. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, staying active, exploring the outdoors, off-roading and taking in the beauty of Florida’s beaches. It’s in these everyday moments, whether sharing laughter with loved ones, taking a walk or spending time with my dog, Jovi, that I’m reminded of what good health makes possible. These experiences ground me and reinforce my commitment to helping others live strong, healthy and fulfilling lives.

My philosophy of care is rooted in resilience, empowerment and meeting people where they are in their wellness journey. As a blood clot survivor, I have experienced firsthand how quickly life can change and how important prevention and education truly are. That experience deepened my passion for helping others take a proactive approach to their health. Whether someone is looking to improve nutrition, become more physically active, manage a chronic condition or reduce health risks, I focus on practical, sustainable strategies that build confidence and support lasting success.

My personal and professional journey has reinforced the power of perseverance and the importance of taking an active role in our well-being. It has shaped my belief that while challenges may alter our path, they do not define who we are. What defines us is how we respond. This perspective guides my work every day and strengthens my commitment to ensuring others feel supported, informed and empowered to make meaningful changes.
