Medicaid Redetermination

Medicaid Redetermination Main Content

Medicaid is reviewing coverage eligibility for all individuals and families, beginning April 1, 2023

As the COVID-19 pandemic comes to an end, Florida has begun re-evaluating all Medicaid-enrolled individuals and families to determine if they are still eligible for coverage.

If you or someone in your family currently has health insurance through Florida's Medicaid program, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) may be contacting you to re-evaluate your coverage. If they cannot reach you, you might miss important reminders and even risk losing coverage without your knowledge.
