The providers at Baptist Health Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program are experts in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of sleep disorders. We offer behavioral (non-medication) treatments for a variety of sleep problems.

Our clinic focuses on behavioral treatments because they're known to be just as effective and longer-lasting than sleeping pills. In fact, both the American College of Physicians and American Academy of Sleep Medicine recommend behavioral interventions as the first line of treatment for adults with insomnia.
