Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Accounts Payable team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Examines invoices, prior to payment, to determine propriety of expenditure by checking mathematical extension by comparing invoice price to purchase order or contract price and by comparing the appropriate account.
• Will be responsible for opening, sorting and distributing mail and scanning invoices and backup into Synergy.
• Will be able to sort and file documents, and performs calculations.

Approved work states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming
