Baptist Health is seeking o add an energetic and dynamic Administrative Assistant for our Radiation/Neuro Oncology and Research Departments at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, located in downtown Jacksonville. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.t

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include the following and other duties as assigned:
- Assists our physicians, APPs, Director, and Mangers
- Obtains patient medical records from off-site storage
- Greets visitors/vendors meeting with physicians, leadership, and team
- Coordinates/blocks schedules as needed for physicians, APPs, and leadership to included, but not limited to the following:
- Vacations, coverage at other clinics
- Meetings - in person or via MS Teams
- Peer Review, Chart Rounds
- Ordering of supplies and equipment for all departments via Office Depot and Premier
- Will cross train with the Medical Records Coordinator and assist as and where needed
- Update and maintain policies and procedures in the Policy Stat system
- Work with the Quality and Safety team and update the STARS report for monthly meetings & and with our MD Anderson
- counterparts in Houston
- Timekeeping for all team members in the departments
