Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant for the Single Billing Office. This is a hybrid opportunity located on the San Marco East campus (Metro Square) of Baptist Health.
Administrative Assistant, Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating a very active calendar (Outlook)
- Preparing meeting presentations (PowerPoint & Word) and reports (Excel)
- Facilitating meetings
- Coordinating employee engagement activities
- Processing vendor invoicing
- Scheduling and reporting travel.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook required.
- 1-2 Years Medical Office Experience required.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
