Job Summary

Baptist Behavioral Health is looking to add a Behavioral Analyst at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Downton Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time in-patient opportunity.

As a Behavioral Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Assessment, development of behavior intervention plans, parent and caregiver training, and monitoring and documentation of applied behavior analysis services provided to people with autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders.
• Consultation and collaboration with other professionals, which may include training direct care staff and overseeing their implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Assist with developing and implementing daily programming and activities for patients.
• Supervise trainees.
• Duties may involve brief post-discharge services in an outpatient or home setting.
