Baptist Medical Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EP Lab Technologist to join our dynamic Electrophysiology team. This full-time, day-shift position is exclusively focused on electrophysiology procedures — no cardiac catheterization lab responsibilities required. This technologist will work alongside experienced EP physicians and clinical staff to support complex, cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that directly impact patient outcomes, including pacemaker and ICD implants, atrial and ventricular ablations, and comprehensive EP studies.

As a Electrophysiology Lab Technologist you will be responsible for:
Assist the EP physician during procedures, including: Pacemaker and ICD implantation, Atrial and ventricular ablations, Complex EP mapping and diagnostic studies
Operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment and systems (e.g., 3D mapping systems, stimulators, recording systems)
Maintain sterile technique and support room preparation, turnover, and equipment sterilization
Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other lab staff to ensure safe and effective patient care
Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory in the EP lab

- Less than 1 year EP Laboratory Experience
- Prior experience in an Electrophysiology Lab preferred
License and Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
