Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to our Cardiac Rehab Unit at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a PRN opportunity working day shift.
As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, you will be responsible for:
- Clinical patient treatment for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab patients involved in Phase I-III.
- Specific duties include new patient assessment, on-going patient assessment, and development of Individual Treatment Plan.
- Goal setting, education, exercise prescription/progression, and discharge planning.
- Exercise supervision and EKG monitoring/interpretation.
- Completing appropriate documentation/charges and communicates to physician as needed.

Experience
- 3-5 Years Pulmonary Rehabilitation Experience
- 3-5 Years Clinical Cardiac Experience
License and Certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
- Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) - ACSM Required Or
- Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) - ACSM Required Or
- Certified Cardiac Rehab Professional (CCRP) Required
