Job Summary

Baptist Health wants to add a Clinical Outcomes Specialist to our Hospital At Home Team. This is a Full- Time Days opportunity.

The Clinical Outcomes Specialist is responsible for generating reports in EPIC, collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, and actively participating in the Baptist Hospital Quality Committee.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Baptist Downtown

As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborator, communicator, facilitator, consultant and change agent regarding clinical quality initiatives and outcomes within a specified registry, facility, service line, or global health system approach
  • Impact quality and PI initiatives that are care, patient, or performance related through the use of standardized tools and processes.
  • Review medical record to abstract data elements for specific clinical registries.
