Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Support Coordinator for the Navigation Team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time days position located at Baptist MD Anderson.

Baptist MD Anderson is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to support their Genetics team. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous medical office/coordination experience and obtains excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Clinical Support Coordinator, Baptist MD Anderson, Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports Clinical Team Managers in their daily interactions with patients, physicians and field clinicians.
  • Supports Social Work Clinicians with administrative tasks.
  • Promotes harmonious relationships with the Clinical Team Managers, field clinicians, physicians, office staff and patients to ensure coordination of care.
  • Cross-trains as the Genetics Coordinator.
  • Works under the direction of the Clinical Team Manager.
