Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. This is a Full-time opportunity working various shift times and alternating weekends and holidays.

As a Cook I, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
