Job Summary

**Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus if hired**

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook II to our Dietary Department at Baptist MD Anderson Jacksonville. This is a Full-Time opportunity working from approximately 4:00am to 12:30pm. The ideal candidate will have experience as a line cook or grill cook working in a restaurant. ServSafe certification is required.

As a Cook II, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe certification is required
