Job Summary
We are hiring for a Physician Office Registered Nurse for our Cardiology department at Baptist Nassau and Fernandina. This is a Full-Time Days shift.
We are looking for a focused, task-oriented, self motivated, energetic team player who knows how to handle themselves in a professional environment while also having fun! Our ideal candidate is friendly, well spoken, and has a fantastic work ethic.
The Coumadin Clinic Registered Nurse:
- Provides nursing assistance to physicians
- Greets and chaperons patients during medical part of visit
- Obtains vital signs
- Maintains medical documentation
- Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
- Handles and processes prescriptions and referrals
- Performs waived test list in laboratory and IV therapy

Associate's Degree - Nursing
