Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Adult & Peds Pulmonary Care. This position will be responsible for both Adult and Pediatric Pulmonary Services for Wolfson Children's Hospital and across the Baptist Health System.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all aspects of Pediatric Pulmonary Care at Wolfson Children's Hospital.
• Provides consultative support for Pediatric Pulmonary Services across the Health System.
• Oversees all aspects of Adult Pulmonary Care - which includes the Pulmonary Diagnostic Division (PFT).
• Provides consultative support for Adult Pulmonary Services across the Health System.
• Provides consultative support and oversees professional aspect and development (Respiratory Care) for the FSED's.
• Participates in Pulmonary VET for system savings potentials - within the scope of respiratory and relation to medical surgical supplies usage.
• Participates and develops QI/QA standards as related to respiratory care and the delivery of such.
• Develops budget and manages revenue, personnel, capital and supply expenses for the departments.
• Works with all members of the administrative care team to assure quality care and patient safety is met for delivery of respiratory care.
• Provides support as directed by Senior Administration.

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Required Or
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
