Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Behavioral Health - Outpatient. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

This position is the operational lead for Behavioral Health Outpatient services and interfaces with multiple specialties to coordinate initiatives.

• Leads and directors office operations
• Serves as the QI executive lead
• Responsible for office management, recruitment and orientation, workforce evaluations and redesign in conjunction with manager and physicians.
• Participates in finance and strategic planning for offices
• Works with Medical Director to implement quality measures
• Ensures processes for revenue capture are effective and efficient
• Works collaborative to improve clinical operations
• Serves as administrative liaison for HR issues
