EMS Liaison, Full-Time, Days, Baptist Downtown

Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add an EMS LiaisonEmergency Department Service Line to our. This is a Full-Time opportunity with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

As an EMS Liaison you will:

• This role is crucial to bridge communication between the Emergency Services (EMS) and Baptist Health.
• This role will optimize patient flow, enhance pre-hospital and in-hospital collaboration, and improve the overall patient care continuum.
• A dedicated liaison will streamline operations, support EMS personnel, and strengthen our partnerships with EMS agencies, which are vital to our mission of delivering exceptional emergency care.
• This clinically experience team member will meet the ongoing needs of our EMS partners and is consistent with the service they expect from the health system.

Education/License/Cer Note: The candidate can be a licensed RN or a Certified/Registered Paramedic

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 3-5 Years EMT Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Registered Nurse Required
• 3-5 Years Paramedic Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Hospital Emergency Preparedness Required

License and Certification

• Registered Paramedic Required Or
• Certified Paramedic Required Or
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
