Enterprise Architect Advisor Identity Integrations Work closely with business and all IT teams to approve and reconcile strategic architecture goals with the current state implementations but with future state in mind. You will be responsible for driving architectural excellence for integration in our ecosystems by assisting in defining and governing directives, principles, guidelines, and best practices for the organization to follow. You will also recommend iterative paths toward the adoption of strategic integration goals.

A hands-on technologist with significant experience in architecture and engineering of integration platforms and services, including development of best practices for automation and integration-first approaches. Lead cultural change for automation and integration adoption. Develop and coordinate integration strategies with business, application, and engineering teams, focusing on APIs, HL7, and FHIR standards. Support the development of automated solutions to maintain accurate identity of patients, providers, and employees across various platforms and systems. Assess applications, software, and integration protocols. Establish best practices for API integrations and interoperability across the company. Vet and integrate third-party services to enhance data consistency and secure identity frameworks. Ability to think and operate at scale.

Enterprise Architect Advisor Identity Integrations Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and all IT teams, approve, and reconcile strategic architecture goals with the current state implementations.
• You will be responsible for driving architectural excellence across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem by defining and governing directives, principles, guidelines, and best practices for the organization to follow.
• You will also recommend iterative paths towards the adoption of strategic architecture goals.
• Hands-on-technologist with significant experience in architecture and engineering of hybrid Microsoft infrastructure platforms and services, including development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for an automation first approach.
• Lead cultural change for cloud and automation adoption.
• Developing and coordinating cloud architecture with business, application, and engineering teams.
• Developing a cloud strategy and coordinating the adaptation processes. Assessing applications, software and hardware.
• Establish best practices for cloud across the company. Selecting cloud providers and vetting third-party services.
• Help develop Cloud Center of Excellence. Develop FinOps processes. Ability to think and operate at scale.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of related experience Required
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Stack in hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and cloud-first architecture principles.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable identity and security solutions across on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures
• Experience with APIs, HL7, and FHIR standards preferred
• AZURE experience preferred
• Corepoint experience preferred
• Mulsoft API integration preferred
• Epic preferred
