Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BPE Float Pool Manager II for our primary care offices! This position is full time.
The BPE Float Pool Manager job responsbilites include:
- Serves as first line leadership for clinical and front desk team members working in flex pool supporting BPE practices.
- The manager is responsible for hiring, onboarding, scheduling and performance planning for the flex team members.
- The manager works collaborative with Baptist Health departments in hiring and onboarding team members and works collaboratively with the BPE practices in sourcing temporary staff to cover vacancies in the practice.
- The manager is knowledgeable of Baptist Human Resources policies and application in the management of the team.
- The manager serves as a coach and mentor to the flex team.
- The manager has excellent oral and written communication skills and responds timely to requests.
- The manager supports other physician practice projects as need and assists in directly supporting practices when the need arises and schedule permits.
- Local travel to the physician practices may be required from time to time.
- Other job duties as assigned.
