Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Billing Supervisor for our Hospital Billing Team department. This is a full-time days position located at Baptist Metro Square. The ideal candidate must have Billing experience working in a healthcare setting.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Billling Supervisor, Hospital Billing Office, Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of facility bills and claims, the calculation of charges, and all billing team members.
• Ensure that billing operations are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Evaluate billing processes and procedures and work closely with management to develop revisions of any policy or process necessary.
• Supervisor will monitor production and quality of the billing team members to ensure it aligns with our policies.
• Additionally, the supervisor will monitor and resolve issues as they arise.
• Responsible for working with management to develop all billing team member's professional growth and to ensure the core values are being followed.
• Process improvement will be vital in this position as we prepare for future state.

Experience

• 3-5 Years Accounts Receivable Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Third Party Billing and Payment Methodologies Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Medical Billing Experience Required
• 3-5 Years Knowledge base in ICD-10 and CPT4/HCPCS Required

License and Certification

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Required
