Job Summary

ADON responsibilities include, bed placement, crisis management, Resource level knowledge of organ/tissue policy and procedure. Working knowledge of staffing minimums and assist in staffing coordination for the adult hospital. Clinically proficient, active participant of the Code Team.

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• Over 5 years Telemetry Experience
• Leadership Experience

License and Certification

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
