Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is actively seeking a skilled Lead Cardiac Echo Sonographer to join our Diagnostic Cardiology Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time day shift position. The schedule consists of 4 10-hour shifts, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with call required. Our Diagnostic Lead Cardiac Echo Sonographer will be performing echos, tee, cardioversions, and carotids.

As a Lead Cardiac Echo Sonographer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • The volume and quality of procedures performed in Cardiac Sonography.
  • Assisting in staff training.
  • Conducting performance and equipment evaluations for compliance.
  • Actively working in a leadership position.

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Ultrasound Experience
  • 1-2 years Cardiac Echo Sonography Experience

License and Certification

  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Songrapher (ARDMS) Required Or
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS-CCI) Required Or
  • Adult Echocardiography (AE) (ARDMS-RDCS) Preferred Or
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI-RCS) Preferred Or
