Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring for a Chaplain Lead at Baptist Nassau. This is a Full-Time Days position.
Chaplain Lead Job Duties:
Provide Pastoral Care and Counseling, religious resources, and support groups for patients, patients' families, hospital staff, and physicians
Function as an active member of treatment teams
Respond to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local clergy
Assist and collaborate with pastoral care staff, residents, students, and volunteers
Develop efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families.
Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) required
Experience Requirements:
3-5 Years Chaplain/Clergy Experience Required
1-2 years CPE Residency Required
Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) Required
National Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) Required
National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) Required
Education & Credential Requirements:
Master of Divinity Or Master of Pastoral Counseling Or Related Degree
