Baptist Health is hiring for a Chaplain Lead at Baptist Nassau. This is a Full-Time Days position.

Chaplain Lead Job Duties:

  • Provide Pastoral Care and Counseling, religious resources, and support groups for patients, patients' families, hospital staff, and physicians

  • Function as an active member of treatment teams

  • Respond to referrals from nurses, physicians, and local clergy

  • Assist and collaborate with pastoral care staff, residents, students, and volunteers

  • Develop efficient follow-up support plans for patients and their families.

  • Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) required

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years Chaplain/Clergy Experience Required

  • 1-2 years CPE Residency Required

  • Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) Required

  • National Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) Required

  • National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC) Required

Education & Credential Requirements:

  • Master of Divinity Or Master of Pastoral Counseling Or Related Degree
