Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Lead CT Technologist in our CT Scan Department at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville. The CT Technologist is a highly skilled professional who will oversee CT imaging procedures, manage the CT team on the 2nd shift, and maximize productivity amongst the team. Establishing a well organized work environment and fostering good communicatin within a team are essential elements for this Lead CT Tech to be successful. 

This is a full-time position with a shift of Monday - Thursday, 12:30pm-11:00pm.

OR call and holiday rotation required.

This Lead CT Technologist's duties will include: 

• Responsible for quality and quantity of procedures performed in CT.
• Assists in staff training, performance and equipment evaluation, insures staff compliance with Employee Health and Mandatory Education requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining ACR Accreditation
• This is a working/patient facing leadership position.

Experience

• 3-5 Years Experience working in a hospital setting
• 1-2 years Radiology Experience
• Customer Service Experience

License and Certification

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography ARRT (CT) Required
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
