Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center Clinical Development Manager is looking to hire a. This is a Full-Time Days hybrid opportunity.
As a Clinical Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the strategic implementation of clinical education programs in Behavioral Health and select educational initiatives across the health system.
- Responsible for day-to-day programmatic operations, personnel management, and coordination of clinical placements.
- Ensures the effectiveness of specialty transition-to-practice programs and continuing education projects systemwide.
- Operational oversight in the Accreditation management process for functions required by the Commission on Accreditation. Specific duties include, yet are not limited to: Provider hiring and onboarding; Data collection and analysis of program competency evaluations; Continuing Medical Education (CME) processing and utilization; Preceptor evaluations and faculty development; Program financials and provider productivity; Rotation planning and quality control; Annual reporting required by accrediting bodies.
- Supporting a culture of continuous learning, performance improvement, and professional competency development to enhance clinical training and patient care.
