Job Summary
We are hiring for an experienced Medical Office Coordinator for the Cardiology Department. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.
The primary responsibility of the Medical Office Coordinator is to provide assistance to physicians and coordinate business operations or clinical operations in conjunction with physician and manager. This position requires a candidate who has previous medical office experience, clinical experience and provides excellent customer service while working independently.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Medical Office Coordinator, Cardiology Department, Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of staff.
- Assists with implementation of policies and procedures.
- Assisting clinic staff with daily troubleshooting and coordinate logistics for completion.
- Oversees day-to-day operations by providing supervision of the patient schedule and patient flow.
- Coordinate provider schedules with the hospital schedule for in person and virtual patient visits.
- Coordinate office events with medical reps and other professionals.
- Additional responsibilities may be required based upon office needs.
