• Staff scheduling
• Profit/loss
• Complaint resolution
• Patient satisfaction
• Compliance with regulatory requirements
• Work flow efficiency
• Vendor relationships and marketing
• Experience with hospital logistics

Education note: 3-5 years of management experience with BA/BS; 5+ years of management without degree.
