Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Milk Lab Supervisor in our NICU at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full-time days opportunity.

As a Milk Lab Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for all aspects of the infant milk lab and its personnel
• Delivery of products to nursing units
• Purchasing of milk, smallware and disposables
• Cleanliness of lab
• Department scheduling
• nterviewing candidates
• Employee coaching/counseling etc

Experience

• 1-2 years Supervisory Experience Required
• Less than 1 year Healthcare Experience Required

License and Certification

• Milk Tech certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• ServSafe Manager Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
