Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring for a Monitor Technician Supervisor as a full-time nights position in Jacksonville, Florida.

This position is in the Central Monitoring Unit at Baptist Jacksonville. As a monitor tech supervisor, you are responsible for:

  • Supervises cardiac monitor technicians and maintains the clinical operations of the cardiac monitor unit.
  • Monitors staff performance and equipment/computer function; communicates status to nurse manager and nursing supervisors.
  • Manages, coordinates, and evaluates all elements of financial, material and human resources in the provision of telemetry monitoring surveillance to assigned group of patients in accordance with the service and missions of the institution.
